Le contrat à durée indéterminée de chantier (CDIC)

Le contrat de chan­tier est celui par lequel un employeur engage un sala­rié en lui indi­quant dès l’embauche que le louage de service est exclu­si­ve­ment lié à la réali­sa­tion d’un ouvrage ou de travaux précis mais dont la durée ne peut être préa­la­ble­ment défi­nie avec certitude.
